How we handle your information

1. What we collect and why

You can see the free readiness result without sharing contact details. We process information only when you request a review, so we can save the request, respond, manage its status, and handle any related dispute.

• Required: company, contact name, work email, category, target market, service of interest, readiness answers, and consent
• Optional: phone, website, and your current question
• Generated by the service: language, reference, score and tier, submission and status times, and source URL

Do not submit government identification numbers, health information, other sensitive personal information, or unredacted trade secrets.

2. Consent and your choice

We process a review request after you provide explicit consent in the form. You may decline, but we cannot save or follow up on the request without the required information.

3. Retention and deletion

We retain inquiry information for one year after the consultation ends, or until you withdraw consent, then delete it without undue delay. If a contract or dispute exists, we may keep only the material required for the applicable contract or law.

4. Service providers and infrastructure

We use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare-based hosting and database infrastructure to operate the service. These providers process information only as needed to provide that infrastructure. We will update this notice if we add a new processor or materially change the processing method.

5. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or stop the processing of your information, or withdraw consent. After verifying the requester, we will respond within the scope required by applicable law.

6. Safeguards

The operator console requires authentication and an administrator allowlist. We log status changes, do not expose submissions on public pages, and collect only the fields needed for the request.
